49Al-Hujurat-15: Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman itu hanyalah orang-orang yang percaya (beriman) kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu dan mereka berjuang (berjihad) dengan harta dan jiwa mereka pada jalan Allah. Mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar.

Literal (49:15) Truly/indeed the believers (are) those who believed with (in) God and His messenger, then they did not doubt/be suspicious, and they struggled/did their utmost with their properties/possessions and themselves in God`s way/path , those, they are the truthful.
Sesungguhnyaorang-orang mukmin yang sebenarnya adalah mereka yang beriman kepada Allah dan Rasul -Nya kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu dan mereka berjihad dengan harta dan jiwanya di jalan Allah. Mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar. ―QS. Al Hujurat [49]: 15.

Tafsir Jalalayn Tafsir Quraish Shihab Diskusi Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman yakni orang-orang yang benar-benar beriman, sebagaimana yang telah diterangkan sebelumnya hanyalah orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu dalam keimanannya dan mereka berjihad dengan harta dan jiwa mereka pada jalan Allah mereka benar-benar berjihad berkat kesungguhan iman mereka mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar dalam keimanan mereka, bukan seperti orang-orang yang mengatakan, "Kami telah beriman", sedangkan dalam diri mereka yang dijumpai hanya ketundukan belaka. Sesungguhnya orang-orang Mukmin yang sebenarnya adalah orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian tidak ada keraguan sedikit pun di dalam hati mereka terhadap apa yang diimaninya, dan berjuang di jalan Allah dengan harta dan jiwa. Hal itu karena jihad membuktikan benar dan kuatnya iman mereka. Sebalikanya, orang yang tidak kuat berjihad, maka yang demikian menunjukkan imannya lemah. Dalam ayat tersebut Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala mensyaratkan iman mereka dengan tidak ragu-ragu, karena iman yang bermanfaat adalah keyakinan yang pasti kepada apa saja yang diperintahkan Allah untuk diimani, dimana hal itu tidak dicampuri oleh keraguan sedikit pun. Yang membenarkan iman mereka dengan amal mereka yang baik. Kejujuran adalah dakwaan yang besar dalam segala sesuatu, dimana pelakunya butuh kepada hujjah dan bukti, dan yang paling besar dalam hal ini adalah dakwaan beriman yang merupakan pusat kebahagiaan dan keberuntungan. Oleh karena itu, barang siapa yang mengaku beriman, mengerjakan kewajiban dan lawazim yang menjadi bagiannya, maka dialah yang benar imannya atau mukmin hakiki. Jika tidak demikian, maka dapat diketahui, bahwa dia tidak benar dalam dakwaannya dan tidak ada faedah pada dakwaannya, karena iman dalam hati tidak ada yang mengetahuinya selain Allah Taâala. Dengan demikian, menetapkan dan menafikannya termasuk memberitahukan kepada Allah apa yang ada dalam hati, dan ini merupakan adab dan sangkaan yang buruk kepada Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. Oleh karena itulah pada ayat selanjutnya Dia berfirman, âKatakanlah kepada mereka, "Apakah kamu akan memberitahukan kepada Allah tentang agamamu keyakinanmu, padahal Allah mengetahui apa yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi; dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu."
ﮎ ﮏ ﮐ ﮑ ﮒ ﮓ ﮔ ﮕ ﮖ ﮗ ﮘ ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ ﮞ ﮟ O believers! Do not proceed ˹in any matter˺ before ˹a decree from˺ Allah and His Messenger. And fear Allah. Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran O you who have believed, do not put [yourselves] before Allah and His Messenger1 but fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing. — Saheeh International ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰ ﮱ ﯓ ﯔ ﯕ ﯖ ﯗ O believers! Do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak loudly to him as you do to one another,1 or your deeds will become void while you are unaware. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran O you who have believed, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet or be loud to him in speech like the loudness of some of you to others, lest your deeds become worthless while you perceive not. — Saheeh International ﯘ ﯙ ﯚ ﯛ ﯜ ﯝ ﯞ ﯟ ﯠ ﯡ ﯢ ﯣ ﯤ ﯥ ﯦ ﯧ ﯨ ﯩ ﯪ Indeed, those who lower their voices in the presence of Allah’s Messenger are the ones whose hearts Allah has refined for righteousness. They will have forgiveness and a great reward. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah - they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for righteousness. For them is forgiveness and great reward. — Saheeh International Indeed, most of those who call out to you ˹O Prophet˺ from outside ˹your˺ private quarters have no understanding ˹of manners˺.1 — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, those who call you, [O Muḥammad], from behind the chambers - most of them do not use reason. — Saheeh International ﭑ ﭒ ﭓ ﭔ ﭕ ﭖ ﭗ ﭘ ﭙ ﭚ ﭛ ﭜ ﭝ ﭞ Had they been patient until you could come out to them, it would have certainly been better for them. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. — Saheeh International ﭟ ﭠ ﭡ ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ ﭧ ﭨ ﭩ ﭪ ﭫ ﭬ ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ O believers, if an evildoer brings you any news, verify ˹it˺ so you do not harm people unknowingly, becoming regretful for what you have — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful. — Saheeh International ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ And keep in mind that Allah’s Messenger is ˹still˺ in your midst. If he were to yield to you in many matters, you would surely suffer ˹the consequences˺.1 But Allah has endeared faith to you, making it appealing in your hearts. And He has made disbelief, rebelliousness, and disobedience detestable to you. Those are the ones rightly guided. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah. If he were to obey you in much of the matter, you would be in difficulty, but Allah has endeared to you the faith and has made it pleasing in your hearts and has made hateful to you disbelief, defiance and disobedience. Those are the [rightly] guided. — Saheeh International ˹This is˺ a bounty and a blessing from Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran [It is] as bounty from Allah and favor. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. — Saheeh International ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ ﮞ ﮟ ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰ ﮱ ﯓ ﯔ ﯕ ﯖ ﯗ ﯘ ﯙ ﯚ ﯛ And if two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them. But if one of them transgresses against the other, then fight against the transgressing group until they ˹are willing to˺ submit to the rule of Allah. If they do so, then make peace between both ˹groups˺ in all fairness and act justly. Surely Allah loves those who uphold justice. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. — Saheeh International The believers are but one brotherhood, so make peace between your brothers. And be mindful of Allah so you may be shown mercy. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers.
